Hugo Tullberg becomes Head of M&A and Business Development

After a period of intensive expansion, there was a great need to expand our management team with a Head of M&A and Business development. In short time, Hugo Tullberg has proven to be an invaluable resource in our continued development and growth. His experience of corporate transactions and what it means to go through an acquisition, enables a smoother and more professional integration process for our new companies.

- I have a long experience from working with acquisitions and start-up of new business in the FM industry and enjoy the transaction environment, expansion and development process, and I am passionate about service. Part of my previous job has also been about what happens after an acquisition - the process to create cohesion and additional value between acquired companies in a group. It is with great excitement that I join Layer Group's "acquisition machine" and their journey to continue to acquire the best companies in the industry and build a new industry leader. I look forward to work with all driven entrepreneurs to find smart solutions in the group that allow leaders, employees and customers to get as much as possible of being a part of Layer Group, says Hugo.
