Layer Group acquires Kimmos Måleri AB
Kimmos Måleri in Borås will be the 18th company to join Layer Group and a great contribution to our continued growth as a market-leading company group on surface services.
With Kimmos Måleri we are advancing on the Västra Götaland market, where we are already represented through Högsbogruppen and their four painting companies. Kimmos Måleri has a turnover of approximately SEK 40 million and their 50 painters are based in Borås and Gothenburg and provides painting services and turnkey contracts. Their customer consists of leading construction and real estate companies, the public sector, and private consumers.
