Layer Group expands within industrial coatings and welcomes Jönköping-based Nordial Adhesive to the group
Nordial Adhesive, specialists in industrial adhesives, is being acquired as a subsidiary of Tinter to strengthen Layer Group's industrial paint business. The timing of the acquisition could not have been better. Tinter is currently establishing itself in Jönköping and can now develop this new start with Nordial Adhesive.

The acquisition goes hand in hand with Layer Group's investment in the industrial paints sector, where we already have Tinter in Gothenburg and Skövde, as well as Stoby Industri in Hässleholm. Our adhesives operations form a sub-segment of industrial paints within which we now have Nordial Adhesive as well as Tinter's adhesives operations in Kållered. Nordial Adhesive adds a range of packaging adhesives which was a previous gap in our offering and is therefore, an excellent complement to our operations.
