Layer Group company, Mästarna Vision AB, acquires Granlunds Måleri AB in Sundsvall
Mästarna Vision AB, which offers painting and craftsmanship services, expands its operations in the Sundsvall region by acquiring Granlunds Måleri AB. Mästarna Vision has been part of Layer Group since 2022 and is a well-known brand in northern Sweden, especially in the areas around Sundsvall, Härnösand and Östersund.
-Granlunds Måleri will be a great addition to Layer Group and strengthen our painting offer in Norrland. Both Granlunds Måleri and Mästarna Vision have driven leaders and skilled employees and will form a strong partnership in an expansive and fast-growing market, says John Strand, CEO and Group CEO, Layer Group.
For the companies that become part of Layer Group, there is a common ambition to want to reach the next level in terms of quality and service. Layer Group supports, challenges and drives while the companies in the group continue to operate under their strong and locally anchored brands. Just like the rest of the group, Granlunds Måleri will retain its brand and work with its strong team. In close cooperation with Mästarna Vision and with the support of Layer Group, Granlunds Måleri will be able to accelerate further in areas such as sustainability, economy and digitalization. For Granlunds Måleri's experienced CEO, Roland Granlund, it will also be a reunion of colleagues as he has a history as a project manager at Mästarna Vision.
-It feels inspiring to take the next step for Granlunds Måleri! That we become part of Mästarna Vision and Layer Group means that we can complement each other and create a stronger brand. We also see a great value and a security for our employees to belong to a group with a good reputation and stability, says Roland Granlund, CEO, Granlunds Måleri.
- We are very happy to welcome Granlunds Måleri to Mästarna. We have many years of experience of good cooperation with CEO Roland Granlund and Granlunds Måleri, which consists of a lovely bunch of very experienced and competent employees.
